About Mary Morrison

Having grown up in Atlanta, with more than 16 years of real estate experience, Mary represents both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. She not only provides extensive market knowledge, but also excellent communication and negotiation skills. Mary is loyal and committed to being the trusted real estate advisor for her clients while navigating them through the home buying or selling process.

A current Dunwoody resident, Mary has also lived in many different areas of the city over the years, which is beneficial to those relocating here from other cities. She diligently serves her clients in a wide range of geographic areas, home styles, and price ranges. Her strong focus on research and data analysis ensure she is always in touch with the ever-changing residential real estate market.

Mary graduated from the University of Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and began her professional career with a successful stint in the hotel sales and marketing industry. While her children were young, Mary spent several rewarding years as a preschool teacher in Dunwoody before discovering her true passion for residential real estate.

Evident from the first encounter, Mary consistently strives to go beyond client expectations, and provides the superior level of service they expect and deserve. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, prompt responsiveness, and thorough follow-up, provide a smooth home-buying or selling experience for her clients.

 As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Mary has an established track record of serving the various needs of her buyer clients, listening to their specific, unique concerns, and advocating for them throughout the process.

She provides the same level of commitment and reliable, consistent service to her seller clients, always maintaining uncompromising integrity and professionalism. Mary uniquely markets each property by coordinating home staging, professional photography, and vendor referrals through her vast network of resources. She is present and available to assist with the details necessary to create a successful and positive overall experience for all of her clients.

Apart from the world of real estate, Mary enjoys playing Pickleball, attending Pilates classes, cooking and walking her dog. Although the daily schedule can be quite full, Mary is never too busy to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and dreams!
